Free Shipping
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $200 or more. Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Handling Time
Every order is picked, packed, and quality-checked by our team before it ships. Handling time is typically 1–2 business days before your package leaves our facility, in addition to the transit times below.

Tax Policy
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page using your order code and email address.
Alaska & Hawaii
We proudly ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders to AK/HI are not eligible for the free shipping threshold and typically take longer to arrive via Standard Shipping due to additional carrier transit distance.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order code. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
